How do I return an item?

We only accept returns for manufacturer's defects or damages. If your item arrives with a defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you with the return process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for custom orders, as these items are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold to other customers. However, if you receive a custom order that has a manufacturer's defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
