We began by selling our products on Etsy, but we quickly realized that we didn't fit into the handmade niche. With tons of inventory on hand, we decided to hit the Facebook market, but it still wasn't a fit for us. We wanted to connect with fur parents, meet those who understood the value of spoiling their pets and creating unforgettable memories. And that's how we arrived at our destination: Ruffls.
